Davos, In a significant bilateral meeting held on the sidelines of the 54th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Pakistan and Belgium have pledged to enhance their cooperation across various sectors, including trade and investment, migration, mobility, and higher education.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the understanding was reached during a meeting between Caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan, Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, and his Belgian counterpart, Alexander De Croo. The discussion underscored a mutual interest in bolstering high-level exchanges and collaboration in areas beneficial to both nations.
The leaders expressed their satisfaction with the growing trade and economic ties between Pakistan and Belgium. They also acknowledged the significance of the seventy-five years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, marking a milestone in their long-standing partnership.
