Islamabad, May 27, 2022 (PPI-OT):Organization of Islamic Cooperation has expressed deep concern over sentencing of Kashmiri Hurriyat leader, Muhammad Yasin Malik, to life imprisonment in false cases registered against him. The OIC in a statement issued in Jeddah said the General Secretariat of the organization reiterates its solidarity with the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their struggle for their rights, including the right for self-determination. It urged the international community to ensure that the legitimate struggle of Kashmiris for the realization of their rights must not be equated with terrorism.
