ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police is conducting psychological tests to enhance the capabilities and professional performance of its officers and officials, following directives from Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the initiative involves psychological evaluations conducted at Safe City Islamabad, aimed at assessing officers’ mental abilities, professional attitudes, and decision-making skills under pressure. The goal is to align their performance with the demands of modern policing.
The results of these tests are being used to implement measures that enhance professional skills and improve efficiency. In addition to these evaluations, Islamabad Police continues to offer various training and development programs to strengthen the force’s capabilities and update its policing practices.
