Islamabad: Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research, Rana Tanveer Hussain, recently underscored the importance of urban agriculture during a meeting in Islamabad. Highlighting the need to revive kitchen gardening, he pointed to its potential as a sustainable practice that enhances both environmental quality and household self-reliance.
At the meeting, Nadeem Iqbal provided an in-depth briefing on the current state of urban agriculture.
