Islamabad, April 26, 2023 (PPI-OT):Speaker National Assembly Zahid Akram Durrani visited the residence of former Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Late Mufti Maulana Abdul Shakur in Lucky Marwat along with Federal Minister for Communications Asad Mehmood.

Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani and Federal Minister Maulana Asad Mehmood recited Fatiha for the repose of the soul of Mufti Abdul Shakoor and prayed for the elevation of the deceased. They expressed their condolences to the family of late Mufti Abdul Shakoor. He said that the death of Mufti Abdul Shakoor is an irreparable loss and a great shock for all of us which we will never forget. He said that our hearts are saddened by the sudden death of Mufti Abdul Shakoor. In this difficult time, we are equal participants in the sorrow and grief of the bereaved family.

Later, Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani and Maulana Asad Mehmood met the father of late Mufti Abdul Shakoor, who is sitting to receive the blessing of Aitakaf, and expressed their heartfelt condolences on the death of his son, late Mufti Abdul Shakoor. He prayed for the elevation of Mufti Abd al-Shakur. He prayed to Allah Almighty to raise the ranks of the deceased and grant patience to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
