Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting to discuss the challenges faced by Overseas Pakistanis. The meeting focused on evaluating current government initiatives designed to address these issues and included input from representatives of the overseas Pakistani community.
According to Radio Pakistan, Dar was briefed on the initiatives developed in consultation with key figures from the overseas diaspora. These efforts aim to resolve concerns and enhance the contribution of Overseas Pakistanis to the national economy through remittances.
Dar highlighted the importance of adopting digital technologies to facilitate services for Overseas Pakistanis, reducing the necessity for their physical presence in various processes.
