London: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar arrived in London today, marking the start of his official visit to the United Kingdom, scheduled from August 24 to August 28, 2026. His itinerary includes meetings with prominent UK government officials and international leaders to discuss key bilateral and global issues.

According to High Commission For Pakistan – United Kingdom, the Deputy Prime Minister was received at London Heathrow Airport by Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Mr. Tipu Usman. During his visit, Senator Dar is set to engage in discussions with UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband and FCDO Minister of State for Pakistan Stephen Doughty. Meetings are also planned with other senior UK government members.

The Deputy Prime Minister’s agenda includes discussions with Arsenio Dominguez, Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization, focusing on regional maritime security. Additionally, he will meet with Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, to explore collaborative initiatives.
