London: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a conversation with Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Odilovich Saidov, focusing on mutual interests and the forthcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Heads of State meeting in Kyrgyzstan.
According to Radio Pakistan, both ministers emphasized the close ties between Pakistan and Uzbekistan. They expressed a commitment to furthering their bilateral relationship by agreeing to meet on the sidelines of the SCO Summit to advance shared priorities.
