Caretaker PM Emphasizes Education and Health Development during Aga Khan Medical College Visit

Islamabad, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar recently visited the Aga Khan Medical College in Karachi, where he engaged in a meaningful dialogue with the university students. The visit highlighted the Prime Minister’s commitment to education and healthcare development in Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister Kakar, during his interaction, emphasized the crucial role of education in shaping a prosperous future and imparting meaning to life. Addressing the students’ queries, he discussed various national issues, including the status of Gilgit-Baltistan. The Prime Minister affirmed that Gilgit-Baltistan would remain an integral part of Pakistan, with ongoing efforts to integrate the region more fully into the national mainstream.

Responding to concerns about medical facilities in Quetta, Prime Minister Kakar reassured that the government is actively working to enhance healthcare services and provide necessary equipment, particularly for managing medical emergencies like the Congo virus.

On the subject of minority rights, the Prime Minister stressed that all minorities in Pakistan are entitled to equal rights. He highlighted the government’s efforts to ensure equal employment opportunities for minority communities, reflecting a commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
