Islamabad, In a strategic move, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has instructed Pakistani diplomats to assertively represent Pakistan’s position on the Kashmir issue at the United Nations.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the directives were given during a meeting with Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Munir Akram, in Islamabad. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of effectively communicating Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir, a long-standing and critical issue for the country.
Prime Minister Kakar stressed that the identification and pursuit of opportunities for economic welfare at the global level should be a top priority for all of Pakistan’s diplomatic representatives. This approach is part of a broader effort to enhance Pakistan’s international economic relations and strengthen its global standing.
Additionally, the Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for Munir Akram’s efforts in effectively raising the Palestine issue at the United Nations. This acknowledgment reflects the government’s commitment to actively engaging in international diplomacy on critical global issues.

Islamabad, The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) has recently honored Pakistan as the best country for tourism for the year 2023, marking a significant achievement in the nation’s tourism sector.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the accolade was highlighted by the Secretary Interior during a meeting with the Pakistan Association of Tour Operators in Islamabad. The delegation discussed various challenges they face and proposed suggestions for the further development of tourism in Pakistan.
The Secretary Interior reaffirmed the government’s commitment to promoting tourism, acknowledging its position as a top priority. The meeting also resulted in assurances for the resolution of issues faced by the tour operators. A key decision made during the discussions was to streamline and expedite the process for issuing tourist visas, making it easier and faster for travelers.
