Srinagar, July 26, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, 28 soldiers of Indian paramilitary Border Security Force among 166 were tested positive for coronavirus. In Kashmir Valley, 132 persons were tested positive for the virus while 34 new cases were reported in Jammu while Ladakh had seven new positive cases including six in Leh and one in Kargil districts. Ladakh’s corona count now stood at 20296.
However, there are only 68 active positives as 20021 persons have been treated and Ladakh has registered 207 fatalities-149 in Leh and 58 in Kargil. Meanwhile, Kashmir today reported 132 new cases of COVID-19 including 28 Indian Border Security Force personnel. Those who tested positive include 66 from Srinagar, 18 from Baramulla, 9 from Budgam, from 10 Pulwama, 5 from Kupwara, 4 from Islamabad, 1 from Bandipora, 9 from Ganderbal, 9 from Kulgam and 1 from Shopian. They include 28 Indian BSF men from BSF headquarters in Humhama outskirts of Srinagar.
