Synoptic Situation

Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A westerly wave is likely to approach upper and central parts of the country from Friday.

Thursday

Mainly dry weather is expected in most plain areas of the country, while cold and dry in hilly areas.

Friday

Partly cloudy weather is expected in upper/central parts of the country. While, rain-wind-thunderstorm is expected in upper/central Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir during evening/night. Hailstorm and snowfall over high mountains are also expected at isolated places in upper districts.

Weather remained dry in most parts of the country.
