According to Islamabad Capital Police, the CTO directed officers to enhance traffic management and security protocols, emphasizing the need for vigilance and efficient use of resources. His visit to several Police Khidmat Markaz focused on evaluating service delivery to citizens, with an emphasis on leveraging modern technology for improvements.
A meeting at Safe City Islamabad, chaired by the CTO, discussed advancements in the traffic system and citizen service resolutions. Directions were given for technical support at the Faizabad traffic office to improve administrative functions and driving license issuance.
The CTO concluded his visit by awarding certificates and letters of appreciation to Special Branch officers for their exemplary service, encouraging continued dedication to public service standards.
