SSP Operations Hosts Open Court to Address Public Grievances in Islamabad


ISLAMABAD: The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations in Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, held an open court to address public grievances, following instructions from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad. The initiative aims to ensure prompt resolution of citizen complaints, particularly concerning land encroachments and other pressing issues.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the open court, conducted under an open-door policy, allowed citizens to present their concerns directly to SSP Raza. In response, he issued directives to the relevant officers to take necessary legal action on the applications submitted and to report back within a specified timeframe. During the event, SSP Raza reiterated that the Islamabad Police maintains a zero-tolerance stance on violence against women and children, emphasizing that providing relief to the public remains a high priority and the rule of law will be upheld.



SSP Raza also highlighted that all citizens are entitled to equal rights and assured that applications would be processed based on merit. He emphasized the police’s commitment to protecting the lives, property, and dignity of the citizens.
