SP Saddar Zone Intensifies Efforts to Combat Crime in Golra Circle


ISLAMABAD: SP Saddar Zone Kazim Naqvi has directed officers of Golra Circle to intensify their efforts in combating crime and targeting proclaimed offenders, following a strategic meeting aimed at reviewing crime prevention measures. The gathering, attended by station house officers, Muharrars, and investigation officers from Golra and Sumbal Police Stations, focused on assessing the overall crime situation and the progress of ongoing investigations.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, SP Naqvi urged officers to enhance their efforts in preventing crime and to ensure merit-based, effective investigations. He emphasized the importance of concluding pending investigations promptly and ensuring justice is served. Additionally, Naqvi called for strict action against the illegal possession and display of weapons, as well as aerial firing, as part of the “Say No to Weapon” campaign. The SP also instructed officers to prioritize the arrest of individuals with criminal records, proclaimed offenders, and other wanted suspects.



SP Naqvi reiterated the commitment of the Islamabad Police to protect the lives and property of citizens, highlighting effective policing and prompt grievance resolution as top priorities. His directives underscore a renewed focus on law enforcement in the region, aiming to enhance safety and security for residents.
