Jammu, April 26, 2023 (PPI-OT): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a court of India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency has issued non-bailable warrants against 23 youth of Kishtwar district of Jammu region. The non-bailable warrants were issued by the NIA Special Court in Jammu against Manzoor Ahmed, Ghulam Mohammad Guijar, Nazir Ahmed Sheikh, Shabbir Ahmed, Manzoor Ahmed, Mohammad lgbal Rishi, Abdul Rashid, Muhammad Amin Butt, Jamal Din Naik, Ghulam Rasool Sheikh, Bashir Ahmed Raina, Guzar Ahmed, Shabbir Ahmed Beig, Imtiyaz Ahmed, Bashir Ahmed, Mohammad Shafi, Ghulam Nabi Wani, Abdul Kareem, Gulabu Guijar, Farooq Ahmed Ganai, Mohammad Haneef Sheikh, Mushtaq Ahmed Wani, Mohammad Ifran Khanday and Mohammad Rafiq Khanday in a false case registered against them for their affiliation with the ongoing freedom movement.
Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Kishtwar, Khalil Poswal, said that Chief Investigation Officer (CIO) Deputy Superintendent Police, PC Vishal Sharma, of Kishtwar police approached the special court of NIA for issuing non-bailable warrants against these persons for their active involvement in anti-India and pro-freedom activities in the Chenab Valley and other parts of IIOJK. He said, they mobilised the people to resist India’s illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir.
