Islamabad, August 16, 2023 (PPI-OT): In-service training for Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Officers commens today at Pakistan Academy for Democratic Practices, Research, and Management (PADRM) ECP Secretariat, Islamabad. 29 newly recruited Officers of ECP will learn different aspects of Electoral processes which includes Electoral Management, Electoral Laws, and Electoral Practices, aiming to illuminate the intricacies and challenges inherent in electoral processes. The In-service training will continue till 25th August, 2023.

Moreover, Additional Director General Law, ECP, Mr. Khurram Shahzad, delivered an insightful lecture on the first day, he threw the light on election laws and constition.

The ECP’s commitment to nurturing professionalism and expertise among its officers is evident in this strategic training endeavor. By equipping officers with specialized knowledge, the ECP reaffirms its dedication to upholding transparent and accountable electoral practices, thereby fortifying democratic foundations in Pakistan.
