IG Punjab Promotes 26 Inspectors to Deputy Superintendent Rank


Lahore, In a significant move to bolster the leadership within the Punjab Police, Inspector General Dr. Usman Anwar promoted 26 inspectors to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP).



According to Punjab Police, the promotions were announced following a meeting of the promotion board chaired by Additional IG Punjab, Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry. IG Punjab emphasized the importance of merit in promotions and assured that this practice will continue to ensure justice and effective law enforcement in the region. The newly promoted officers, hailing from various districts, are expected to bring renewed vigor to their roles as DSPs.
