Islamabad, November 25, 2021 (PPI-OT):The Group CEO VEON, Mr. Kaan Terzioglu visited Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Headquarters in Islamabad today. He met with Chairman PTA, Maj General Amir Azeem Bajwa (R). Member Finance, Mr. Muhammad Naveed; Member Compliance and Enforcement, Dr. Khawar Siddique Khokhar and CEO Jazz, Mr. Aamir Ibrahim were also present in the meeting.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the future plans of Jazz for enhancing connectivity and bridging the digital gender divide and improving digital infrastructure. There was an agreement on mutual collaboration for furthering the Digital Pakistan vision and for advancements in telecommunications for the socio-economic benefit of Pakistan.
