JHANG: The government is taking significant steps to modernize the national railway system, Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi announced at a recent event. The minister emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing the infrastructure and providing improved traveling facilities for citizens.
According to Radio Pakistan, Abbasi made these remarks during the inaugural ceremony of the “Sandil Bar Express” in Jhang. During his speech, he highlighted the government’s focus on upgrading railway services and announced plans for a new Chinese-imported train to operate on the Shorkot-Jhang-Sargodha route in the near future.
