Islamabad, September 11, 2023 (PPI-OT): Interim Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Jamal Shah on Monday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Prof. Ahmed Khan, a legendary artist, designer, teacher and mentor. Expressing sadness over Ahmed Khan’s demise, the minister conveyed his condolences and prayers for the bereaved family. He also prayed Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace.

The minister said that his contribution to education and art will be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of learning from him in National College of Arts (NCA) and otherwise. He said that no one could fill the vacuum created by his death. The minister also issued directives to Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) for organizing a condolence reference in the memory of Prof. Ahmed Khan, a legendary artist, teacher and mentor.
