ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has highlighted the necessity of diligently following through on obligations and conventions under the GSP+ framework. He emphasized this while presiding over the 7th meeting focused on bolstering trade and economic ties with friendly countries, especially the European Union.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting concentrated on strategies to expedite trade and economic partnerships with allied nations. Discussions included enhancing market access, boosting export performance, and improving coordination among relevant stakeholders. Dar instructed all parties involved to prioritize enhancing Pakistan’s trade and export capabilities, ensuring the timely implementation of agreed measures, and strengthening coordination to maximize market access and economic opportunities for the country.
