Lahore, August 17, 2023 (PPI-OT): Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi visited Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi, Provincial Information Minister Aamir Mir was also with him. Asked about medical facilities provided and availability of free medicines – Mohsin Naqvi inquired about timely check-up from patients – Patients and therapists complained about delay in check-up and X-ray, some doctors and staff were also not present.
Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi directed the doctors to check up the patients immediately and said that there should not be a moment’s delay in the check-up of the patients in an emergency. Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi ordered the registration of patients at the reception counter to be completed as soon as possible.
