According to Kashmir Media Service, the report titled “India: Human Rights Assessment” outlines a decline in the overall human rights landscape in India, with increasing attacks on Muslims, Christians, and Sikhs. The report also details concerns over extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances, noting a rise in incidents where individuals are killed without judicial process or vanish without legal explanation.

The findings underscore a broad deterioration in civil liberties under the current Indian government, pointing to systemic issues that have led to an escalation of violence and suppression of dissent.
