ISLAMABAD: The U.S. Embassy in Pakistan concluded its “STEAM Builder” program, celebrating participants and trainers at Lincoln Corner Islamabad. This flagship initiative trained over 100 individuals in 3D printing, coding, and digital modeling, showcasing the program’s extensive reach across six Lincoln Corners in Pakistan.

According to Embassy of the United States of America, the program was delivered in collaboration with the Pakistani technology firm AzCorps. It provided participants with hands-on experience in advanced technological tools, preparing a new generation of Pakistani innovators for the digital economy. At the closing ceremony, Acting Minister Counselor for Public Diplomacy David Moyer emphasized the program’s role in transforming Lincoln Corners into hubs of technology and creativity, drawing on American educational models to foster innovation and economic growth.

As part of the mission’s Freedom 250 initiative, the event also unveiled two 3D-printed items: a Liberty Bell and a map of the United States, which will be permanently displayed at Lincoln Corner Islamabad, located at the United States Educational Foundation (USEFP). Looking forward, the Lincoln Corners network plans to expand its STEAM-focused programming in 2027, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of U.S.-Pakistan bilateral relations.
