Islamabad: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Security/Operations Muhammad Shehryar visited the Capital Patrol Unit Headquarters to assess the unit’s operational arrangements and the welfare facilities available for police officials.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, during the visit, SSP Shehryar engaged with officials from the Capital Patrol Unit, receiving comprehensive briefings on various aspects, including operational activities, patrolling arrangements, and measures implemented to facilitate citizens. He reviewed the facilities provided at the headquarters and inspected different sections to understand the challenges faced by the officials.
SSP Shehryar highlighted the critical role of the Capital Patrol Unit in ensuring security, crime prevention, and providing timely assistance to the public. He instructed the officials to maintain vigilance, ensure an effective police response, and uphold professionalism in their duties. Additionally, he underscored the importance of police welfare, directing officers to enhance facilities for officials and address their issues on a priority basis.
Furthermore, SSP Shehryar urged officials to maintain close coordination with other police units to ensure effective patrolling and monitoring across their areas, with the ultimate goal of providing a safe and secure environment for citizens.
