Islamabad: In a bid to address public grievances promptly, SSP Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, conducted an open court session following directives from Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi. The session was held under the department’s open door policy, aiming to ensure the swift resolution of issues faced by citizens.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the open court facilitated citizens in presenting complaints related to land encroachments and various other issues. SSP Operations listened to the concerns and directed relevant officers to initiate legal actions and submit reports within specified timelines. During the session, SSP Operations reiterated the department’s zero-tolerance policy towards violence against women and children, emphasizing that public welfare remains a priority. He assured that all complaints would be addressed on merit and reaffirmed the commitment to uphold the law and protect citizens’ rights, property, and dignity.
