Sindh Governor Demands Accountability in Karachi Fire Incident

Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori has called for thorough investigation and accountability following the recent fire incident at Arshi Center in the Federal B Area. During his visit to the site, he emphasized the need for effective measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori praised the efforts of Brigadier Shabbir and the Pakistan Rangers personnel engaged in the rescue operations at the center. In his media interaction, the Governor expressed regret over the incident and highlighted the recurring nature of fire incidents in Karachi. He noted the lack of suspensions or accountability in previous cases and urged Mayor Karachi to pay attention to this matter.

Governor Tesori stressed that everyone involved in the incident should be held responsible and called for an investigation into the fire. He expressed concern that while such incidents garner immediate attention, accountability for those responsible often does not follow through. The Governor has contacted Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab, seeking a report on the cause of the fire at Arshi Center and emphasizing the necessity of identifying those responsible for this tragedy.
