ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate of Pakistan Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, brother of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai. Gilani extended his condolences to Sheikh Mohammed, the Al Maktoum family, and the people of the United Arab Emirates.
According to Senate of Pakistan, Senator Gilani described the passing of Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as a mournful loss. He prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and offered wishes for strength and patience for the bereaved family.
