ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed profound grief over the passing of Chaudhry Mahmood Bashir Virk, a former Federal Minister and Member of the National Assembly. Virk was also known for his role as Chairman of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Law and Justice.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister extended his condolences to the bereaved family and offered prayers for Virk’s departed soul. In his statement, Sharif highlighted Virk’s contributions as a dedicated parliamentarian and acknowledged his lasting impact on parliamentary, political, and social spheres.
