President Zardari Extends Independence Day Greetings to Kyrgyzstan

Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has extended his felicitations to President Sadyr Zhaparov and the people of Kyrgyzstan on the occasion of their Independence Day. In a letter, President Zardari emphasized the close and friendly relations between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan, highlighting a foundation built on shared history and mutual cooperation.

According to Radio Pakistan, President Zardari reminisced about his visit to Kyrgyzstan in July, which rekindled memories of his earlier trip in 1995. He noted that the visit provided a valuable opportunity to bolster bilateral relations. President Zardari also recalled Kyrgyz President Zhaparov’s visit to Pakistan in December, citing productive discussions that underscored the commitment of both nations to enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

President Zardari expressed his intention to work closely with President Zhaparov to strengthen ties between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan for their mutual benefit, reinforcing the shared goals of both countries.
