Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has extended congratulations to Mr. András Baka on his election as the President of Hungary, while also offering warm wishes to the Hungarian people on their National Day.

According to Press Information Department, President Zardari expressed confidence in the continuing strength of Pakistan-Hungary relations, which are based on mutual trust and shared interests. He emphasized the importance of further cooperation in various sectors, including political and parliamentary exchanges, trade and investment, development cooperation, climate action, education, culture, migration, and mobility.

President Zardari also conveyed his best wishes for President-elect Baka’s health and success, along with the prosperity of Hungary’s citizens.
