Pakistan Leaders Emphasize Strengthening Ties with Singapore on Bilateral Anniversary


Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar have reiterated Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing its bilateral partnership with Singapore. This commitment was expressed in letters to Singapore’s leaders, marking the diamond jubilee of diplomatic relations between the two nations.



According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Sharif conveyed his congratulations to Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and expressed a desire to broaden cooperation both bilaterally and in multilateral forums. He emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with Singapore across various sectors.



In a separate correspondence, Deputy Prime Minister Dar addressed Singapore’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, highlighting the significance of this milestone anniversary. He suggested that the occasion presents an opportunity to invigorate bilateral relations between the two countries.
