Riyadh: Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation in cybersecurity, a move intended to safeguard the cyberspace and essential interests of both nations. The agreement was signed by Pakistan’s Minister for Information Technology Shaza Fatima and Saudi Arabia’s National Cybersecurity Authority Governor Engineer Majed Al-Mazyed in Riyadh.
According to Radio Pakistan, the agreement focuses on the exchange of expertise to tackle evolving cyber threats. This collaboration aims to fortify the cybersecurity frameworks in both countries, ensuring the protection of critical digital infrastructure. The strategic partnership represents a significant step towards addressing the challenges posed by the increasing complexity of cyber threats.
