ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Police have arrested two members of a theft gang and recovered four stolen motorcycles, along with other stolen goods, cash, and a weapon. The arrests were made by the Margalla Police Station team as part of a broader campaign to crack down on theft and serious crimes in the city.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the operation was carried out under the directives of SSP Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, who has intensified efforts to target criminal elements across the federal capital. The ongoing operations are reportedly leading to an improvement in law and order and a reduction in crime rates.
The arrested individuals were already facing charges for multiple theft incidents, and further investigation is underway. SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza has instructed officers to maintain rigorous actions against those involved in theft, emphasizing the need to protect citizens’ lives and property.
