Islamabad, PML(N) leader Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif emphasized the authority of Pakistan’s Election Commission to determine the election date. Speaking to reporters at Dubai airport prior to his return to Pakistan, Sharif expressed his trust in the Election Commission’s competence to decide judiciously on this matter.

According to News Release by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Nawaz Sharif also remarked on the nation’s progress, suggesting it would have been preferable if Pakistan had advanced more in socio-economic terms. Nonetheless, he highlighted the nation’s ability to overcome challenges and the necessity for Pakistan to be self-reliant. The PML(N) leader also conveyed his excitement about returning to his homeland after a hiatus of four years.
