Karachi: Pakistan Navy Day was observed today, paying tribute to the valorous heroes of the 1965 war. This annual commemoration honors those who defended the nation against a significantly larger adversary, highlighting their courage and ultimate sacrifices.
According to Radio Pakistan, Navy Day marks the anniversary of “Operation Dwarka,” also known as “Operation SOMNATH.” During this mission, seven major warships of the Pakistan Navy embarked on a daring operation within enemy territory.
