Srinagar, A sequence of separate blasts across India has resulted in the tragic death of twelve individuals, with numerous others sustaining injuries.
As reported by Kashmir Media Service, an unfortunate fire-triggered explosion at a fireworks facility located in Sivakasi, district Rangapalayam in the state of Tamil Nadu, led to the death of seven people. In another incident within the same district, specifically in the Kammapatti area, one person lost their life due to a blast at a different fireworks unit.
In a distinct event in Uttar Pradesh, an explosion resulted in the collapse of a building in Lohia Nagar, Meerut, which was hosting a soap manufacturing unit. This incident resulted in the loss of four workers’ lives and injuries to five others. Notably, the building was entirely demolished in the aftermath. Authorities have confirmed that, while some local residents, a few bystanders, and two children were injured, all are now considered out of danger.
