Minister LG Nasar Shah visited the historical building of Sindh Wildlife established since 1885 a given directive regards renovations

Karachi, July 17, 2023 (PPI-OT): Provincial Minister for Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has said that special directive of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto, Sindh Wildlife Museum has been restored closed since 1994. This said today on the occasion of a visit to the historical building of Sindh Wildlife, established since 1885. Mayor Sukkur Arsalan Sheikh and Chief Conservator Wildlife Sindh Javed Mehr were also accompanied by other relevant officers. Chief Conservator informed the Minister LG that the renovation and expansion work of the historical building and museum is in progress. In the recent Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had attended the inauguration ceremony of the renovation.

He added and informed that the water connection of the historical building is disconnected due to which the condition of the park and plants is deteriorating day by day. Minister LG directed the concerned officers to restore the water connection of the historic wildlife building on a priority basis as soon as possible and to pay special attention to the park and plants inside the building and its beauty and greenery should be restored.

Minister LG while giving further directive and said that special attention should be paid to quality in the renovation work. Nasir Shah appreciated the steps taken by the Chief Conservator regards the Wildlife Historic Building and said that the Sindh Wildlife Building built in 1885 has been declared as a historical asset and the Sindh Wildlife Museum is also established here, so protecting the historical heritage is not only the duty of the government but also the duty of every citizen of Sindh.
