ISLAMABAD: Mustafa Kamal, the Minister for National Health Services, announced initiatives to align medical education with international standards, emphasizing merit-based admissions in medical colleges.
According to Radio Pakistan, Kamal addressed media representatives, highlighting that 138,000 students are expected to participate in the upcoming Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) on the 20th of this month. He noted that the MDCAT process was conducted without complaints last year, underscoring the government’s commitment to maintaining transparency and fairness in the medical admission process.
