ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Police Recruitment 2026 has implemented review boards during physical tests to ensure transparency and equal opportunities for all candidates. The initiative allows candidates dissatisfied with their initial measurements to request re-measurements, aiming to uphold merit in the selection process.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the review boards were conducted at the Police Lines Headquarters under the supervision of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Law & Order and Training Muhammad Ateeq Tahir and Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Security Rana Umar Farooq. The process provides candidates with a chance to have their physical measurements reassessed, ensuring that all candidates are assessed fairly and according to prescribed procedures.

The re-measurement process was carried out transparently, with officers and staff ensuring facilitation, discipline, and strict adherence to procedures. Candidates received assistance in presenting their concerns and undergoing the re-measurement process. Senior police officers affirmed that the recruitment process is being conducted based on merit, transparency, impartiality, and equal opportunity, ensuring that candidates meet the prescribed standards and rules for eligibility and suitability.
