Islamabad Police Implement Strategic Measures to Enhance Security


ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Police are taking significant measures to bolster security and improve operational coordination, as senior officials emphasize the importance of proactive strategies for crime prevention and public safety.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, a meeting took place between Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza and newly appointed SSP Security/Administration and SP Capital Patrol Unit Captain (Retd.) Sardar Muhammad Shehryar Khan. The discussions focused on several key areas, including safeguarding citizens’ lives and property, fortifying security protocols at critical sites, and addressing various policing challenges.



The officers reviewed plans to enhance patrolling across the capital, increase efforts against criminal elements, and improve coordination among operational units for more effective crime prevention. SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza highlighted the utilization of all available resources to ensure a secure environment for residents, stressing the role of field policing, proactive patrolling, and coordinated strategies in maintaining law and order.



Captain (Retd.) Sardar Muhammad Shehryar Khan affirmed his dedication to full cooperation and professional coordination to uphold peace and security in Islamabad. Both officials reiterated their commitment to strengthening security and patrolling arrangements through mutual cooperation and unified strategies, aiming to create a safer environment for the city’s residents.
