Islamabad Police Arrest 16 Outlaws, Seize Drugs and Weapons


Islamabad, In a significant crackdown against criminal activities, the Islamabad Capital Police apprehended 16 outlaws from various parts of the city, recovering stolen valuables, drugs, and weapons.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the operations were conducted following directives from Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan. The police teams, intensifying their efforts to eradicate crime in the city, made multiple arrests and seizures.



The Aabpara police team arrested two individuals, Dawood Arshad and Inzamam ul Haq, recovering a Kalashnikov and 34 wine bottles. Another arrest by the Secretariat police led to the seizure of 30 wine bottles from Shamraz Masih.



Moreover, the Karachi Company police arrested Imran Pervez for illegally refilling gas cylinders, while the Tarnol police apprehended Gul Dawood and Zahir Shah with 3430 grams of hashish. The Industrial Area police arrested Akhlaq, recovering a 30 bore pistol, and the Noon police apprehended Tariq Ahmed with stolen valuables.



Additionally, the Khanna police arrested two individuals, Arshad Ali and Hayat Khan, for illegal petrol selling. The Humak police nabbed Usman Khan and Muhammad Usman with 779 grams of heroin, and the Lohi Bher police arrested Muhammad Usama with 320 grams of hashish. The Pulgran police apprehended an individual named Shahid for illegal gas cylinder refilling.



The Bhara Kahu police team arrested Aamir Shahzad and Ejaz Ahmed, seizing two 12 bore rifles.



Legal cases have been registered against all the arrested individuals, and investigations are ongoing.



The Islamabad Capital Police urge citizens to use “Pucar-15″ or the “ICT-15 App” to report any suspicious persons or activities, reaffirming their commitment to protecting the lives and property of the citizens.
