Islamabad: His Excellency Dr. Salah bin Mohammad Al-Budair, the Imam of Masjid-i-Nabvi, met with General Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) at the General Headquarters today, where they discussed issues of mutual interest and bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
According to Inter Services Public Relations, the COAS expressed honor at the Imam’s visit to Pakistan, underscoring its significance for the Pakistani people and their role in the Muslim world. Imam Al-Budair praised Pakistan’s efforts towards regional peace and stability, reflecting on the strong ties between the two nations.
The meeting concluded with Imam Al-Budair offering prayers for the peace, stability, and unity of the Muslim Ummah, highlighting the spiritual and diplomatic bonds that link Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
