IGP Islamabad Visits Families of Martyrs and Ghazi Officials, Prioritizes Welfare of Police Force


Islamabad: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Captain (Retd.) Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry visited the families of martyred and Ghazi police officials and Police Lines, emphasizing the welfare and well-being of police officials as a top priority. During his visit, he met with the families of the deceased and injured officers, paid tribute to their sacrifices, and addressed their concerns.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, IGP Chaudhry visited the families of Shaheed ASI Mohsin Zafar, Constable Saif Ali Shah, and Ghazi Constable Muhammad Hanif. He expressed solidarity with the families, inquiring about their well-being and distributing gifts among the children of the martyrs. He also visited injured Constable Hanif to commend his dedication.



IGP Chaudhry reiterated the importance of remembering the sacrifices of martyrs and Ghazi officials, ensuring the welfare of their families, and resolving their issues promptly. He directed officers to provide necessary assistance to these families and improve facilities at Police Lines, including accommodation and meal quality.



During his visit to Police Lines, IGP Chaudhry reviewed residential and mess facilities, listened to concerns of police officials, and distributed gifts among Ghazi officials, reaffirming his commitment to the welfare of Islamabad Police members.
