IGP Islamabad Evaluates Security Operations at Command Center


Islamabad: In a meeting at the Command, Control, Communication and Coordination Centre, Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi reviewed security and operational arrangements, emphasizing the improvement of public service delivery and crime prevention strategies.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting was chaired by IGP Islamabad and attended by senior officers, including DIG Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq and DIG Law and Order Muhammad Atique Tahir, among others. Discussions covered public facilitation, citizen-friendly policing, and law enforcement performance. Officers briefed the IGP on departmental achievements and ongoing initiatives.



IGP Rizvi instructed officers to execute duties effectively, leveraging resources through strategic planning. He highlighted the need for quality police services, prompt public complaint resolution, and professional conduct. He also called for regular progress reports and close monitoring of law and order, stressing enhanced field presence and supervision to safeguard citizens and improve safety in Islamabad.
