Lahore, July 21, 2023 (PPI-OT): On the instructions of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, a ceremony was held at the Central Police Office in honor of the officers and workers with excellent performance during their duty. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar issued important instructions to the officers during the address.

Dr. Usman Anwar, while addressing the officers and officials, said that the officers and officials of all the districts of the province have been awarded prizes for their best performance. Dr. Usman Anwar further said that historical steps have been taken for the welfare of police employees and their families, departmental promotions and career growth, all these promotions, awards, education, health and welfare will surely improve the performance of the force. Dr. Usman Anwar said that on the pattern of Lahore Safe City, Mini Safe Cities will be built in other cities including Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. DIG Headquarters Humayun Bashir Tarar, DIGIT Ahsan Yunus, AIG Discipline Ahsan Saifullah and other officers also participated in the event.
