ISLAMABAD: The Advisor to the Chairman Senate, Ms. Misbah Khar, recently visited the Rhodium Residencia project in the Diplomatic Enclave, where she was given a comprehensive overview of the new development. The visit, hosted by Mr. Haroon Naseer, CEO of Maroof International Hospital, highlighted the project’s architectural design, construction standards, and modern amenities.

According to Senate of Pakistan, the Rhodium Residencia consists of two basements, a dedicated club floor, and 19 total floors, with 16 of these dedicated to residential purposes, offering 156 apartments. Ms. Khar inspected various floors and model apartments, noting the design and construction quality. She recognized the project as a significant addition to Islamabad’s residential landscape.

Ms. Khar stated that developments like Rhodium Residencia play a crucial role in urban progress and improving living standards. She emphasized the project’s focus on quality and meticulous planning, which she believes sets it apart in the residential sector. Concluding her visit, she praised the management’s professionalism and expressed confidence in the project’s potential to become a benchmark in Islamabad’s premium residential market.
