Lahore: Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem convened a meeting with police employees and their family members at the Central Police Office, where he addressed their concerns and issued instructions for prompt action.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, the meeting saw IG Punjab responding to requests from various police employees. On the promotion request of Sub-Inspector Asif Nadeem, IG Punjab directed the Additional IG Punjab to provide relief. For the transfer request of Ghazi Constable Muhammad Shahid, directions were given to DIG Establishment-II to consider the matter. Similarly, on the promotion request of Sub-Inspector Sarfraz Nawaz, instructions were issued to the Additional IG Punjab. The retirement-related request of Sanitary Worker Rafaqat Masih was directed to be reviewed by AIG Admin and Security. Sub-Inspector Javeed Iqbal’s promotion request was also addressed, with IG Punjab directing the Additional IG Punjab to provide relief.

The meeting also included discussions on various other applications related to discipline, administration, promotion, and welfare, with IG Punjab issuing orders accordingly.
