Gwadar: In an effort to invigorate local interest in athletics and promote a healthy lifestyle among its youth, Gwadar will host the “Pak Freedom Football Championship” on August 13, thanks to initiatives led by Deputy Commissioner Hamudur Rehman.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the one-day event is set to take place at the Mir Ghos Bakhsh Bizenjo Stadium at 5:30 PM, featuring a match between the Sadabahar Football Club and the Baloch Football Club Gwadar. This event, supported by the Gwadar Football Association, is anticipated not only to enhance the sporting spirit among the youth but also to provide an energetic and positive environment for the entire community.
This football championship is part of a broader campaign by local authorities to draw young people towards sports as a means of fostering both physical and mental health. The organizers extend an open invitation to all citizens of Gwadar to attend and partake in the festivities, highlighting the event’s significance in promoting community involvement and active living.
